Caffery, Chris - Pins and Needles [CD]

"Pins and Needles" marks an important milestone in Chris Caffery's career and showcases the longtime Savatage and Trans-Siberian Orchestra guitarist as a solo artist with a clear vision. Rather than relying on big band names, Caffery presents his own personal, dark, and uncompromising take on heavy metal-raw, emotional, yet meticulously arranged. Overwhelming walls of guitar meet classic metal hooks and dramatic, almost theatrical arcs of tension, as is familiar from the Savatage milieu.
